John Hayes is a twenty-year veteran police investigator, with a Bachelor of Science (Police Science) and he was enrolled in the Master of Science (Protection Management) program at John Jay College of Criminal Justice when 9/11` occurred. With the requisite knowledge and Mr. Hayes’ vast experience with Police and Security operations, he has organized several successful businesses including Tactical Operational Support Services LLC (TOSS), Hayes Less Lethal LLC (HLL), and now Priority One School Resource Officers Inc. Mr. Hayes organized Tactical Operational Support Services LLC in September 2004. TOSS focused on the security of cargo using Non-Intrusive Inspection scanning technologies. In 2008, TOSS successfully sold and delivered Non-intrusive Inspection equipment to the Canadian Government and delivered those systems to the “coalition forces” that were used to inspect vehicles at key border crossings between Afghanistan and Pakistan. In November 2014 TOSS was the US distributor for TekTrap Technologies Advanced Cargo Security Device (GPS tracking), and Mr. Hayes wrote a grant application to participate in a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA), with the US Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate. The application was granted and a 6-month trial of the Advanced Cargo Security Device technology was conducted at Sandia National Labs at Kirtland US Air Force base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The trial involved participation in the field testing of the Cargo Security Device. Mr. Hayes is a retired New York Police Detective and while in the police department Mr. Hayes was assigned to write grant applications to the U.S. Department of Justice C.O.P.S. program.

Charlie Carroll served as Chief Executive Officer of Enrollment Services Division at L-1 Identity Solutions Inc. and was responsible for overall management, development, and growth of the division. Mr. Carroll serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ASET Corporation. He is an expert in the development of procedures used to conduct undercover operations in corporate facilities and government agencies, as well as vulnerability and threat assessments. Since 1988, he has trained over a quarter million managers, supervisors, and employees to spot the signs and symptoms of the drug-affected person and how to prevent violence in the workplace. Mr. Carroll served as Vice President of Business Risk International (BRI), the Professional Law Enforcement (PLE) Division. He co-founded PLE, Inc. in 1981 and developed PLE Testing Laboratories. Mr. Carroll served as an Officer at Dayton, Ohio, Police Department, where he specialized in narcotics, organized crime, and motorcycle gang enforcement. He managed and participated in long-term undercover operations. Since then, he was responsible for the management and performance of over 5,000 undercover drug investigations resulting in over 35,000 arrests. He is an active Member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and the National Drug Enforcement Officers Association (NDEOA). Mr. Carroll is a nationally recognized authority on drug abuse, drug trafficking, violence prevention, and the "principals of protection.".
